What works and doesn’t work in your context?
My home church is located in the City of Mississauga. The congregation is a mixed of old and young and a very diverse ethnic composition. So being inclusive to all and welcoming works for us.

To be inclusive, thought provoking, barrier breaking, engaging, preaching the word of God to bring those closer to him.
What is preferred in your context?
Having grown up and groomed in the old Presbyterian Missionary way in Trinidad, I tend to have a liking for the old way of preaching and teaching. No it may not work in the modern ministry, but evolving is part of growth and knowledge.
