The second step is knowing who does what during your livestream. This makes sure things run smoothly during your livestream, and is useful when technical difficulties arise and if someone needs to jump in for support. For this activity, write a list of the people who help during your livestream, make note of their role, and assign everyone a responsibilities. Be sure to include any important people that contribute to your service. This can include people within your congregation as well as any external contacts that have helped you with your hybrid setup, like a contact for tech support.
