Writing a technical script

Person Writing on Notebook A technical script lays out the sequence of events that happens before, during, and after a livestream. This is a plan of action that can be generic or very detailed so that everyone knows what and when something has to happen for the hybrid worship to run smoothly. For this activity, write out a technical script or generic plan that you can use for your hybrid worships

You can type this out, or even write it on your service bulletin. It can include details such as what time people should arrive, and what are they responsible to setup. This would note if there are any camera angle changes, PowerPoint slide changes, or mic adjustments that need to be made. This can also include things that happen long before the service, such as sharing the leaflet to know of any special events happening (like a baptism), and knowing who is responsible for sharing the link to the livestream. If you don't know where to start, try to take notes during your next service about the flow and procedures that you see. You can fill in any blanks or details after.

After these three activities, you now have knowledge of the equipment, people, and procedures for your hybrid worship service!
