Throughout the Bible, we see God’s unwavering love and justice for all people and God's desire for humanity to live in harmony. In this curriculum, we explore scripture stories that highlight these truths: the Creation Story, Moses and the Exodus, the Parable of the Lost Sheep, and Paul's teaching on unity.
These stories reveal God’s creative purpose, God's call to liberation, and vision of a unified and diverse family. By connecting these biblical themes to the history and legacy of Black communities, we celebrate those who have courageously pursued justice, equality, and freedom. This curriculum invites children to see themselves as part of God’s ongoing story, where they can reflect God's love and seek justice in their own lives.
We encourage you to put together a lesson that works best with your group's needs (ages, energy levels, one room/multi room, etc.) Reach out if you have any questions or need any guidance.
