This curriculum offers lessons for the six-weeks of Lent, plus lessons for Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, and Easter Sunday. Each of the nine lessons are paired with one of the nine fruits of the Spirit as described in Galatians 5:22-25 (self-control, faithfulness, love, kindness, peace, joy, generosity, gentleness, and patience.) Each fruit of the Spirit is paired with a story of Jesus, or a story he told, that will help participant understand the importance of this fruit – and helps them to journey through Lenten traditions and practices.
We encourage you to put together a lesson that works best with your group's needs (ages, energy levels, one room/multi room, etc.) Reach out if you have any questions or need any guidance.
