This curriculum explores four of the seven “I am” statements that Jesus is said to make in the Gospel of John. When Jesus was alive, people had difficulty understanding who he was and what he was on earth to do, so he used seven "I am" statements to explain his being and purpose. Those are; I am the bread of life; I am the light of the world; I am the door; I am the good shepherd; I am the resurrection and the life; I am the way, the truth, and the life; and I am the true vine. This part one of the series covers: bread of life, door, good shepherd, and light of the world!
