This four-week lesson focuses on Psalms that describe different emotions. Looking at Psalms 100, 23, 55, and 46, learners will explore how Psalms teach us to speak with God. Through these powerful words, we learn that God is always listening, always present, and always ready to be our safe place. Throughout the course of the month we’ll discover how the Psalms can help us name our feelings and trust God with every part of our hearts.
