This three-week lesson explores what it truly means to be the "Salt of the Earth" - a calling that invites us to examine our purpose, our influence, and how we live faithfully in relationship with God. Salt, in Biblical times, was incredibly valuable. It preserved food, healed wounds, acted as payment, and as a covenant of friendship. Jesus knew this, and in Matthew 5:13-16, uses salt to describe the role of His followers. Just as salt prevents decay and brings taste to blandness, we are called to preserve spiritual truth and bring depth, value, and hope to a world that often lacks it. Through Scripture and practical reflection, we will unpack how being "salt" shapes our identity as believers and our impact on the world around us.
