In Matthew 7:12, Jesus says to his followers - “In everything do to others what you would have them do to you.” Commonly known as the Golden Rule, many major faith practices also have a similar teaching with the core message of treating others well and with respect. We have learned a lot in centuries since these teachings were created, including how to treat someone how they want to be treated. So in this four-week lesson, we will explore an updated version of the Golden Rule (that some call the Platinum Rule!): “In everything, do to others what they want done to them.” We will explore themes of consent, neurodiversity, body awareness, and speaking up/advocating for our own desires.

We encourage you to put together a lesson that works best with your group's needs (ages, energy levels, one room/multi room, etc.) Reach out if you have any questions or need any guidance.
