My name is Krista Vroegh. I am from the small community of Noel which is situated on the Bay of Fundy in Nova Scotia. I am an elder and treasurer of Noel United Church. I am interested in this course to learn more about creating services. Sometimes, we have no Ministers to lead our services so we rely on congregational members to help with these services.
Hi Krista! Noel United Church is far from my St. Andrew's United Church in rural Saskatchewan. There are few ordained ministers available here also. Currently I am a licensed Lay Worship Leader (LLWL) and I lead wordhip almost every Sunday in small United churches. Your background suggests a foundation of spirituality, so I am sure you will enjo this class. I'm taking it solely as a refresher. Nice to meet you!
