Church Tech Best Practices Network

Tech doesn't have to be complicated to enhance your ministry!

English ‎(en)‎

This network aims to support communities of faith seeking to enhance their ministry through technology. It offers regular webinars and an interactive forum where participants might explore topics such as theology, digital discipleship, ethical tech decisions, and practical implementation.

  • Regular workshops and webinars
  • Peer-to-peer learning through discussion forums
  • For both clergy and lay
  • All experience levels welcome
  • No question too big or too small

We’re excited to encounter God in these new ways!

Don't forget, recordings from this fall's webinars are available here

Upcoming Events

1. Session Title: Your Scariest Church Tech Stories! Round Table
Time: Tuesday October 28th 7-8pm ET

What has been the scariest moment of your church tech ministry so far? We want to hear your best break down, power down, melt down story of when everything went wrong on a Sunday morning or during another big event. More importantly, how did you recover? What did you learn?

At this round table, we'll hear directly from participants in the network. If you have a story to share, please contact Brenna Baker at bbaker@united-church.ca. As always, we'll also leave some time for chatting and questions.

2. Session Title: Graphic Design 101
Time: December (Time and Date TBD)

Just in time for all your Christmas visitors and social media looky-loos - Michele Petick, Communications and Admin Assistant for Antler River Watershed, Horseshoe Falls, and Western Ontario Waterways Regions will walk us through how to make a great social media post that is engaging and inviting.
