They offer a supportive space to reconnect with colleagues across the country, team up with experienced mentors, and continue developing your worship leadership skills. Group #1 - Preaching Workshop with Christine Smaller
Over three 90-minute online sessions, LLWLs will explore how theological ideas shape worship choices. Each session includes a short teaching on a central theme, time for connection, and conversation rooted in real-life worship examples. The focus is on practical insight and theological grounding for thoughtful, faithful leadership

Group #2 - Theology for Worship Leadership with Christine Smaller

Group #3 - Crafting Prayers for Worship with Sandra Litt
Develop your capacity to craft the prayers that are part of a public worship service, including Prayers of Adoration/Approach, Prayers of Confession, Prayers of the People. Sessions include:
- reading/listening assignments, practice crafting prayers, reflections on the process and engaging in conversation with other LLWLs in online forums
- opportunities to check in with other LLWLs.
