This course on Introduction to Anti-Racism for Indigenous and Racialized Lay Leaders is an introductory course for lay leaders who identify as Indigenous and Racialized. The course is designed to honour the particular contexts of racial discrimination experiences by Indigenous and Racialized lay leaders and their responses to these experiences. The course also seeks to create a safe space for the participants to converse about the oppressive impact of systemic racism to both the mental and physical well-being of the participants.
